Beretta CX4, 9mm

I recently purchased the Beretta CX4 Storm, 9mm to compliment my Beretta PX4 Storm, 9mm for both shooting at the range and home protection. The CX4/PX4 combination gives you access to 68 rounds of common ammo. 3 round extensions are available. That gives you 80 rounds of 9mm ammo before reloading the magazines.
I mounted a Bushnell 1 X 28 Trophy Red/Green Dot sight on the CX4. There was no problem co-witnessing with the iron sights. I am looking for a compact scope for better target acquisition on the longer shots. Burris also manufactures mounts and a FastFire sight for the PX4 if you are a target shooter.
The CX4 Storm is available in 9mm (9 X 19), .40 cal S & W, and .45 cal ACP. I understand there are also conversion kits that may enable you to use the Beretta 92/96 magazines in the CX4 Storm.
The CX4 is being purchased by law enforcement because of its compact size. This makes it ideal for CQB. Maryland State Police, Richmond, VA Capitol Police, and Rochester, NY PD also just made the Beretta PX4 their duty pistol.

I've never owned a rifle before and I shot the cx4 for the first time today.
Two inch circles at 25 yards with sights, standing up with no support, with cheap ammo.

When i saw this gun, i was like, i have to have it. now that is have it. . . It still kicks a at the range. The gun looks very furturistic so everyone wants to get a close up look. This is one sweet gun!

This is a great gun to shoot. I've got a 1x red dot scope on mine now, but I am planning to put a 3-9x on it and a bipod for crow and woodchuck hunting.

This little thing is a shooter, and it gets alot of attention on the range with its futuristic design. If you want more rounds in your mag. go with .40 cal like me. It came with 2- 14 round clips.

Fantastic little gun...like everyone says it is accurate!!! At 25 yards you can shread a 2 inch bullseye. When I first purchased this gun I was sceptical...Now I am a believer....she is a sweet little shooter!! The storm I have is in .45 cal and only eight shots...I wrote to Beretta about this and asked them to make a larger mag for this gun....but heard nothing. I hope more .45 Storm owners will do the same. I do want to thank Beretta for making this fine firearm.

this is one sweet shooting little carbine i have added a vertical foregrip makes it much easier to shoot for my wife and for me and i added the eo tech 552 holographic sight this gun with these add ons is one very accurate shooting excellant home defense weapon. only down side to it is the magazine capacity (8) rounds hoping someone will come up with a larger capacity magazine great job for the most part beretta. you might want to consider putting out the larger magazines soon beretta i work in law enforcement and there is a lot of interest in this gun but the sticking point is the magazine capacity

love this lil gun to death shoots great easy to clean i added the eo tech holographic sight to it and its almost unfair to shoot with that on it hehehe. only down side to this gun is the small magazine (8rd) capacity. hoping that some one will come out with a lil bigger mag for it.

Love this little carbine...45acp...accurate and simple field strip. Whenever you go to the range...everyone wants to shoot it. The amazing part is they ALL do well with it. Thanks Berretta!!!
